Constitution of 'Alumni Association of Department of Business Administration', 'City University (AADBACU)
The Department of Business Administration is furnished with strong Alumni who serve many valuable roles, such as helping students to get internship facilities, job facilities, and other relevant facilities under the directives given by the department. Any student who graduated from this department can apply for membership in the AADBACU.
Section 1: Name of the Organization
This organization will be named as the 'Alumni Association of the Department of Business Administration', 'City University (AADBACU)', which will be named on Article 1.
Section 2: Its head office will be located at the Permanent Campus, City University Department of Business Administration campus. However, there may be a branch office in Dhaka. There will be a completed and unbreakable constitution.
Section 3: Objectives
A. City University Department of Business Administration is a complete non-political and social organization formed by students, whose main objective is to strengthen the brotherhood, inter-communication, and mutual cooperation among all the alumni.
B. Make constructive criticism of educational institutions, identify problems, and find ways to solve them.
C. Guidelines and guidance for members of the Alumni Association. It will be determined by the executive committee, Chief Patron.
D. City University Department of Business Administration helps the administration of the organization in all its activities.
E. Facebook's defined group will be used as a platform for communication and communication platforms in all activities of the Alumni Association. All information about all activities will be provided through this group.
Section 4: Membership Types & Committees
Designation and Definition of Last Name Chief Patron: .................. As the main sponsor of the organization, he will be present in this post. He will save the full potential of the organization's economy and all directions.
Advisory Council: As a member of the Advisory Council of Alumni Association .................. Include.
i. Senior Member Council:
All students from the first batch of the Department of Business Administration will be considered as members of this council. In order to manage the organization, the executive committee will give directions in the form of recommendations and to perform the duties given in the executive committee's election.
ii. Executive Committee: Under the leadership of a president and a general secretary - members of the public will be in charge of running the committee.

Section 5: Member posts
General Members: Successful students from the City University Department of Business Administration will be considered as general members of Alumni. Members of the Executive Committee will be elected from the general membership. Considering the serious offense, any general member can be expelled subject to the approval of the Chief Patron.
Guest member: City University Department of Business Administration Students who have studied at least 2 years will be included as a guest member.
Section 6: Selection
Election commission: The highest 5-member election commission will be formed from the senior member council, with a chief selector prior to the opinion of the maximum people of the newly elected executive members.
